Laser-Cut Hinged Box

A laser-cut acrylic box with a hinged lid. Six flat panels -- two sides, front, back, bottom and lid -- interlock through finger joints cut along their mating edges, and an integral knuckle hinge formed by interleaved tabs and a pin hole lets the lid swing open. Every part nests as flat sheet stock for cutting, then assembles without fasteners. Length, width, height and board thickness are parametric.
